Use Bumpkit from the Codex CLI, the Codex desktop app and the Codex IDE extension. Open the Codex card on the Integrations page for the setup.
Use Bumpkit from Codex
Codex connects to the hosted connector at https://bumpkit.dev/mcp. You sign in to Bumpkit and pick a workspace once; nothing to install.
Terminal
codex mcp add bumpkit --url https://bumpkit.dev/mcp
bumpkit mcp connect --client codexThe three Codex apps share ~/.codex/config.toml, so one setup covers all of them. From an agent, mcp_connect prints the same setup and mcp_connections_list lists what's connected. Step by step: MCP Server.
Hooks from the CLI
bumpkit hooks install --codex adds Bumpkit's session and stop hooks to the repository. See Agent hooks.
