# Vercel

Record each Vercel deployment from a signed webhook. Open the **Vercel** card on the Integrations page to add a source.

## Deploy events

> **Beta, early access.** Flag: `vercel_deploys`.

Each successful deployment is recorded, so release health, incidents and change tickets follow what actually shipped.

1. Add a source with the repository on the Vercel card, or with `bumpkit sources add vercel --repository owner/name`.
2. In your Vercel team settings, add a webhook with the URL Bumpkit shows and the `deployment.succeeded` and `deployment.promoted` events.
3. Paste the secret Vercel shows into the source, or run `bumpkit sources set-secret vercel SOURCE_ID --secret-env VERCEL_SECRET`.

Bumpkit checks `x-vercel-signature` (HMAC-SHA1 of the body) and records the git commit from the deployment's metadata. `deployment.promoted` counts as `production`; otherwise the deployment's target is the environment. The `sources_add` and `sources_set_secret` MCP tools do the same.
